You own your SWURPG data and can remove it at any time. This page explains how to delete your characters, your whole account, or any data we received when you signed in with a social login such as Facebook, Google, or Discord.
Delete it yourself (fastest)
- A single character — open your saved characters and delete any one of them from the list. This is immediate.
- Your entire account — go to your profile settings and choose Delete account. This permanently removes your email, profile (display name and avatar), authentication records, and every character associated with the account. It cannot be undone.
Request deletion by email
If you can't sign in, or you'd rather we handle it, email swurpg.official@gmail.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request". So we can find your account, please send it from the email address you signed up with, or tell us which login you used (e.g. "I signed in with Facebook as Jane Doe").
We'll permanently delete your account and all associated data and confirm by email, normally within a few days and no later than 30 days.
If you signed in with Facebook
When you sign in with Facebook we only receive your email address and display name — nothing else. Deleting your SWURPG account (above) removes that data along with everything else.
You can also revoke SWURPG's access to your Facebook account at any time: on Facebook, go to Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites, find SWURPG, and remove it. Revoking access stops future sign-ins but does not by itself delete the account you already created here — use one of the deletion options above for that.
What gets deleted
- Your account email and authentication records.
- Your profile — display name and avatar.
- Every character you saved, public or private, including share links.
Anonymous, aggregated analytics (page-view counts with no personal identifiers) are not tied to your account and are unaffected. Routine server logs are rotated automatically.
