GM-only enemy positioning (place tokens on the printed tile at scene-open, after the party deploys at the south entrance): Tashka Vren at roughly [6, 6] (purple, central — directly blocks the most direct path from the party to the ramp); Bren Mooro at [4, 5] (red, west-forward, closer to the ramp — ready to charge anyone making a break for the ship); Eska Sumar at [7, 8] (red, south of Tashka, covers the party's retreat back to the south entrance + flanks shots into the party). The three Spurs form a triangle BETWEEN the party (south entrance) and the ship (west) — their bodies are the obstacle. Roleplay-forward — combat is discouraged. Alternatives the geography supports: TALK-THEM-DOWN (the Spurs are in the way and want a conversation — Persuasion/Intimidation DC 13 sends them off); STEALTH PAST (skirt east via the parked freighter AS for full cover, then loop north + west to the ship — Stealth check vs. GM-rolled Perception for each Spur; possible but slow, AS gives full cover and the crates at [15, 8] / containers at [12-13, 9] form a chain of half/three-quarter cover); BRUTE FORCE (combat). If the Spurs DO fight: Tashka coordinates from cover (grants ally Advantage on first attack each round); Bren closes on the party's heaviest PC immediately; Eska shoots from her cover position. ALL THREE surrender at half their starting HP. Killing them creates a faction-vendetta sequel hook with the Crimson Spurs syndicate.
