Traits
This husk is animated by a Geonosian brain worm bound to a Hive Queen's will. If the Queen that raised it is slain, the undead Geonosian collapses inert at the start of its next turn.
The first time damage would reduce the undead to 0 hit points, it drops to 1 hit point instead. The second time it reaches 0, it is destroyed. The worm keeps the body moving well past the point a living thing would fall.
The undead Geonosian is immune to being charmed, frightened, and exhausted, and it makes any ability check that relies on Intelligence, Wisdom, or Charisma with disadvantage. Nothing of the drone it once was remains.

Lore
Beneath the spires of Geonosis, a hive queen learned to do something no other Geonosian could: raise the dead. Using brain worms — parasites that seize a host's nervous system — she reanimated the corpses of fallen drones and warriors and marched them back into the fight, tireless and fearless. A Jedi strike team uncovered the horror during the second battle of Geonosis, finding the catacombs full of shambling, worm-ridden husks that would not stay down.
An undead Geonosian is slow and mindless, its wings dead and its blaster forgotten, but it does not tire, does not flee, and does not stop until the worm or the queen behind it is destroyed.
In Play
Undead Geonosians are a horror-siege tool, not a duel: individually weak, but they keep coming and shrug off fear and morale tactics entirely. Their Relentless trait means the party has to commit real damage to actually put one down. Run them in a slow tide toward a chokepoint — and remember the real answer to them is the Hive Queen, because her death drops every husk she raised in a single, satisfying instant.
Adventure Hooks
- The catacombs don't stay quiet — The party takes shelter among Geonosian dead — and the dead begin to move. Somewhere below, a queen is awake, and the only way to stop the rising tide is to go down toward it, not up toward the exit.
- One worm, one host — A brain worm survives a fight and slips toward an unconscious ally. The party has moments to destroy it before it takes a host of its own.
